DESCRIPTION:The Blanton Museum of Art has free admission every Thursday. Bring the whole family out to explore all the different exhibits at the University of Texas at Austin. Then on the third Thursday of each month\, the Blanton stays open late until 9:00 pm. Also\, every third Thursdays features late special programming each month. Children 12 and under\, active military\, and retired veterans (with valid ID) always enter the Blanton for free. \nThursdays are the perfect day to discover everything the Blanton has to offer for free.
